The mission of Clatsop CASA Program, Inc. is to provide trained volunteers to speak for the best interest of abused and neglected children here in Clatsop County's court and child welfare systems. Clatsop CASA promotes and supports quality volunteer representation for children, and assists CASA volunteers as they advocate for children to achieve permanency in safe, nurturing homes.
